The Project
The Western Australian division of Fredon was recently contracted by Vaughan Constructions to complete the electrical works to the new facility for K&S Freighters in High Wycombe. Ledtec was engaged to deliver the lighting components of this D&C which included the lighting engineering and design to achieve the required lux levels to the site and the supply and installation of our exclusive LED lighting solutions.
The purpose of this new facility was to consolidate K&S’s operation and business units in one space, streamline processes and boost their operating efficiency. The following LED fixtures from our range were installed that will go a long way to maximise this efficiency at K&S’s new state-of-the-art operational facility for many years to come.
Products Installed
- LCF 300W LED Highbays to illuminate a 3,500m² workshop
- LCF 200W LED highbays for a 2,000m² dangerous goods warehouse
- LCF 150W bracket-mounted LED highbays installed under canopies located outside the truck servicing pits and bunded chemical storage areas
- LSF 300W asymetrical LED floodlights utilised to cover 30,000m² of external pavement area
- LST 50W Area LED lights used to illuminate a 2,000m² car park area
