How It All Started
Ledtec is a Perth-based LED lighting business that was established in 2016. Our founder developed an abundance of knowledge about LED lighting by being a part of the management team that launched the first LED lighting tower in the Australian mining industry. This experience enabled him to identify a gap in the market which was the need for a more robust, efficient, and affordable LED floodlight to replace the outdated metal halide and high-pressure sodium lamps commonly found on lighting towers across Australia. The answer to this need was the development of our KUE series floodlights, which marked the establishment of Ledtec.
How Its Going
Since then, we have rapidly grown into a team consisting of design, engineering, and sales specialists, all dedicated to achieving the Ledtec goal of providing LED lighting solutions wherever LED lighting would provide savings and more sustainable use of scarce resources for both existing projects and new builds. Our product range now stretches across the mining industrial, commercial, public area, and sports industries. Despite this expansion in our product range, we remain strongly committed to the continuous development of industry-leading LED lighting solutions that are not only the most robust, innovative, and fit-for-purpose LED fixtures available, but are also beneficial for the environment and provide our clients with long-term maintenance-free solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and maximise cost savings.
